Here's the Pulse Check for 20200307! My plan is after playing a consistent amount of time to serve as a warm up (likely right after my first BITS Blitz for the day), I'll be playing thru the same five songs and detailing my results. Over time I can see how my average improvements are going, and (compared to watching a full practice session) it also works as quick video summary of how I'm doing! It's still a relatively new thing I'm doing, and I'm thinking of changing the list every 1-2 months to help me scale up / work on different things. The current list is:
