The Ford Territory is a compact crossover SUV built by the JMC-Ford joint venture and was introduced during the 2018 Chengdu Auto Show in September 2018.

In March 2023, Ford opened reservations for the second generation of the Territory. This new generation of the crossover is based on the Ford Equator Sport sold in the Chinese market. The new model features upgraded looks, a larger body, and updated tech features. Ford has equipped the new Territory with a 1.5L 4-Cylinder engine for the Philippine market paired with a 7-Speed Wet Type Dual-Clutch Transmission. This time around, the new powertrain puts out 160 HP and 248 Nm. The following month during the 2023 Manila International Auto Show, Ford officially launched the 2023 Ford Territory along with its two variants, the Titanium and Titanium X.
