Specifically for Budokai Tenkaichi 2/Sparking Neo, there is a what if scenario where Cell Turns Good! You heard that right! It starts from when Yamcha defeats Dr.Gero! To which an alternate timeline/scenario occurs. Where the destiny of Cell is changed, and he has to face off against some antagonists! There are even points where Cell Joins up with the Z Fighters! Crazy, right?! This video takes into account me showing the voice lines, and adding in my own thoughts and commentary to provide further context and value!
