2023 Nissan Z Performance Manual 0-60 Test, Launch Control and Flat Foot Shifting
132Let's test out the all new 2023 Nissan Z Performance and see what it can do 0-60! We try normal launches and just flooring it, then finally engage launch control and do flat foot shifting! This is a 0-60 MPH test with the new 2023 Nissan Z Performance equipped with the 6 speed manual transmission. It was in the mid 70 degree Fahrenheit air temperature and this is on the stock Bridgestone tires. All the runs were on flat ground. I tested the car with traction control on and off and using launch control vs me manually launching the car. The new 2023 Nissan Z Performance doesn't really seem to have the best launch control. You really have to finesse the release of the clutch to minimize wheel spin and let the car not nearly stall. But my best run was 4.2 seconds by using launch control with traction control on. The automatic Z I could get 4 seconds flat using launch control. So the manual really isn't all too much slower, but its way more fun overall. I how easy you can adjust the RPM with launch control for the manual Z. Too high and the car spins the tires a lot, so a lower setting worked best. Flat foot shifting seems to only work when launch control is engaged and that definitely helped shave a quarter of a second off the 0-60 time. Overall the new 2023 Nissan Z seems to be able to achieve 0-60 in 4.2 seconds to an average time about 4.5 seconds with launch control. 2023 Nissan Z 0-60mph tests using launch control and flat foot shifting was fun! The new Z with manual transmission is a pretty quick car! 2023 Nissan Z Performance 0-60 mph with the manual transmission is 4.2 seconds as tested by me.
