As many people have mentioned, the 2024 remake of Riven looks very dark and flat in the trailer compared to the original. Something that gets anal retentive fanboys that have played the game since 1997 quite something to complain about myself included.

This is simply to demonstrate that a pretty good recreation of the look of the original game can be achieved through simple increase of contrast and brightness/gamma. Something that can be achieved through free injectors like Reshade, something I'll be sure to use during my first playthrough to get that authentic feeling.
