2025 Audi RS e-tron GT and S e-tron GT Design Explained
13Audi has unveiled new design updates for its electric grand tourer series, the RS e-tron GT and the S e-tron GT, enhancing their already striking appearance with sophisticated and dynamic elements.
The new Audi S e-tron GT embodies elegant sportiness with its distinctive front end. The fully closed, inverted Singleframe grille is encircled by a black mask, reflecting the specific design language of Audi’s electric models. Embossed structures lend the grille a precise three-dimensionality, while a strip of body-color paint above the Singleframe gives the Gran Turismo an even sportier and visually deeper look. The air curtains, ensuring optimized airflow around the front wheel in the front apron, are more strongly shaped. An elegantly designed aerodynamic diffuser with vertical fins dominates the rear end. A body-color inlay above the rear diffuser adds visual texture and acts as a link between the diffuser and rear bumper.
The RS e-tron GT, on the other hand, is now sportier than ever. Its front end features a more radical look with the inverted Singleframe grille in the RS-typical three-dimensional honeycomb structure. The apron framing the black mask visually opens the RS e-tron downwards, making the vehicle appear lower and seemingly hugging the street. The rear end borrows elements from motorsports, including a streamlined diffuser echoing the theme of three-dimensional efficiency elements found in the front. The RS e-tron GT stands out further with an optional matte, darkened carbon roof and carbon camouflage elements, a first for Audi. These elements are integrated into the bumper structures, door trim, parts of the diffuser, and side mirrors, exclusive to the RS performance models.
Both models showcase Audi’s new corporate identity with premium-quality, two-dimensional four rings positioned between the radiator grille and the front apron. The RS e-tron GT and S e-tron GT also feature new wheel designs and upgraded interiors, making them not only visually appealing but also technologically advanced and comfortable. Available to order now, the Audi RS e-tron GT and S e-tron GT set new standards in electric vehicle design and performance.
