So for this vid, I want to highlight a couple aspects of neutral against little mac. Little mac has fantastic ground speed, bad air speed, and fast fall speed. This means that his advantage state is ok, but his disadvantage is pretty abysmal.

Try to stay outside of Little Mac's burst range, keep him airborne, and when he's off stage, keep him there. He's fast, but he can't do much if you camp him out. As the old strategy works wonders here as well.
