This is the most changed Bloodstained rematch (so far). There aren't any behavioral / moveset changes. The main change is that the Breakaway form now has 20M HP, which is more HP than the main form (16M HP) as well as Master Light Wings and Bloody Papa V2.
You now have to deal with the BoC's Breakaway form, which is "the other really fast boss" I mentioned during the Master Light Wings E.V.D. Ver.2 video.
My opening formation for phase 2 was to have Youmu, Yuugi and Rinnosuke all ready and buffed before the second phase. Yuugi and Youmu would trade hits with the boss while their buffs were still fresh. I would have Rinnosuke use World Shaking Military Rule to bring their stats back to 100% for more trades. Youmu and Yuugi were able to deal roughly 8-9M damage, which is a pretty big lead. After that, it's a mad scramble to finish off the boss. Hopefully you don't see Needle Parade too much.
