Rule #1 of understanding the Schumann Resonances is to understand the local conditions surrounding the detector antenna.
Schumann resonances detectors are sensitive electronics, which are subject to local interferences around the machinery. Under normal conditions, the Schumann antenna are able to reliable detect proper signals within 1 KM. Signals further than 1KM in distance away from the detector unit, is going to be questionable. Your results will vary, depending on distance.
Schumann Resonances are caused generally by lightning discharge between the ionosphere and the Earth's surface. The Earth's surface coulde be called Earth Ground.
The Schumannn Resonances operate within the AC circuit of the atmosphere; from Earth ground, to the ionosphere.
Outside of this AC circuit, there are extraneous influences with effect the
Schumann Resonances: Earthquakes, industrial power usage, solar forcing.

What is meant by: 5D ? "fifth dimension" ? fifth density?
We hear regularly such phrases as "I know I'm not in 5D yet, but...".
One feels as if the fifth dimension is an actual thing, or a place we are going to; such as would be an example of us in a boat arriving at a shore, or pier, mooring, or dock, or some port.
For the purposes of this discussion, we call "5D" fifth dimension. Third density, and fifth density as concepts, are not discussed here.
At current, understanding of this phrase '5D,' or 'Fifth Dimension' is based upon a tacit understanding that one "knows" ; that we both assume a common meaning, sharing the exact understanding, of the previous 4 dimensions.
Yet, at a certain point we run into a wall of rhetorical constraint, which balks at 'the battering-ram of' meaning. What are the previous 4 dimensions?
We need to define our lexicon of terminology. A lexicon is a shared,common vocabulary
If I have LxWxH as my proper first three dimensions, then where do I go from there?

Tomsk, Russia, is a part of the Space Observing System, within the Tomsk State University. This station is a dedicated Schumann Resonance station, which measures the horizontal (quality) up to 40Hertz, and the Vertical (Amplitude) up to 200 deci-Bels pico-electron-Volts.
Tomsk SU has a more "modest instrumentation," as theirs is a site dedicated to only the dedicated spectrum of Schumann Energies; the resonant harmonics of which extend to ~46 Hz, in the horizontal frequency.
