Sometimes, we just want to go and see a movie that has absolutely nothing to do with real life. There are movies like Almost Famous, Party Monster, and The Bling Ring that transport us into the lives of the rich, famous, and totally messed up, and movies like The Rider that bring us into a seemingly normal world that is actually filled with magic and beauty. And of course, there are tons and tons of movies about true crimes that happened right in our back doors. From Zodiac to Unbelievable to Lost Girls and Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil, and Vile, we just can’t seem to get enough of these almost too true crimes.
