How to install VCMI towns:
1. Download and install VCMI daily build: https://builds.vcmi.download/branch/develop/Windows/
2. Install GOG version of Heroes 3 Complete: https://bit.ly/GOG_heroes_3_complete
3. Copy “Data”, “Maps” and “Mp3” folders from Heroes 3 Complete to: C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Documents\My Games\vcmi\ (Create this folder if it doesnt exist yet )
4. Download town mod to your computer. Unzip archive and then copy the “town” folder here: C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Documents\My Games\vcmi\mods
5. Everything is almost ready. From the desktop, launch the VCMI icon. The VCMI launcher is displayed and you only need to enable the town mod. Click “Enable” and then “Start game”.
