Here i show you 3 ways to keep playing when playing singleplayer if
you've been killed. Teamswitch, Self Revive, and Respawn in singleplayer.
TeamSwitch is a function in the base game, setting units to playable aside the
player unit will allow you to switch to that unit in singleplayer.

Self revive relies on a code in an init.sqf
Respawn relies on a script.
