Truth is, I, Crash, am a big guy. Too big. I want to change that but often find it difficult to motivate myself for one reason or another. But... I feel like I can combine something I dread with something I love and finally motivate myself to improve upon myself. I need to lose weight. I have a wedding in a year that I need to be ready for and just to improve my life in general.
