Another day completed. I did go to the shops today but I couldn't film and vlog along the way as it was raining too much.
I did a big proportion of todays steps in my house. I lost count of the amount of times I walked across my bedroom, down the landing, down the stairs and through the living room to the kitchen and back.
I made it though.
30,000 steps a day challenge for 30 days.
30k steps is a lot to get through.
