31 REPS!!!! Kevin Frasard Vs. T-Bar Rows
Kevin Frasard Vs. T-Bar Rows
New PR on my hero set of t-bar rows. Got 31 reps with 5 plates and it took a pretty long time to get that nauseas feeling afterwards to go away! I always love getting into these fights with the weights and refusing to be defeated. Whenever I look back at what I've been able to accomplish throughout all of these years with not only the thousands of fights that I've been in with the heavy weights, but also having the mental fortitude to never accept anything but maximum effort from myself. I wouldn't trade it in for anything. Bodybuilding and music has gotten me out of some very dark times and has turned what would have otherwise been a negative situation into a full blown positive. I don't ever post too many pure raw training clips like this or talk much about how I think/what I'm thinking because I'm generally a pretty keep to myself kind if person, but when I step into the gym...it's my place of business and I take that business VERY seriously!!! You have to if you want to amount to anything extraordinary. I never wanted to be mediocre or just ok at anything that I was really passionate about. That didn't make any sense. So whether it was guitar, bodybuilding, fishing, hunting, doing tricks on my bmx bike or building model airplanes as a kid, I had to be excellent at what I loved. So there's my take home message for you guys that are my loyal followers, long-time subscribers, and just really positive cool people who back me up and continue to do so. If you are really into something, do everything that you can to be great at it. Trust the process, believe in yourself, give your best effort, and don't let those who carry negativity derail you from achieving your goals. Remember- "People love success, but hate successful people".
