In this vid I show you how I fixed my Sega 32X in this video.

When I hooked up my 32X and tried to play a game it would show the license screen then go and stay on a black screen. Though regular Sega games and 32X/CD games would still work.

So I searched online and the most common problem everyone says is the White Ribbons are loose/dirty. They say the easiest fix is to take them out and put them back in, to reseat them better. I couldn't get the ribbons out, though every video I seen they came out easy. But I did manage to fix the problem with cleaning it with alcohol & WD-40, and reseating the ribbons.
