You can tap into these resources and probably do way better than I did. I only did the dma.org one and the credit card offers 100% stopped and should stay stopped for the next 10 years. As for the rest of the non credit card offer junk mail hitting the mailbox I think that effect was negligible.
Total weight of my 365 days of junkmail= 11.2 pounds!
