AMC Will FINALLY have a REAL Share Count! In the past, previous counts by Adam Aron have ONLY counted the real AMC shares, because Adam Aron doesn't have access to the synthetic data, thats why he's always said 'we have seen no evidence of synthetic shares' as they don't have the data!
ShareIntel also can't access this data. The only people that have access to the real number of synthetics is Citadel, who obviously won't give it to us... but if only there was a way that they could be MADE to hand over the data!
Well, if the courts/judge starts getting suspect that the float has been sold multiple times over, they will likely call Citadel into the lawsuit and MAKE them hand over the data! finally getting us a REAL & legally verified share count IN COURT!
