I used mechanical keyboard switches as buttons for an arcade cabinet style Smash Brothers controller. In this video I show how my friend liked the controller, and how you can make a similar controller yourself.

The most interesting part is how I managed to implement a modifier key to input tilt attacks with digital switches.
