Today I wanted to play a game using the PS5's 3D Pulse Headset but I was hearing hiss noise echoing sounds and I could hear myself and the environment. It's an issue, as I wanted not to hear anything other than the game's sound when I play. To solve this problem, you need to unmute the microphone (in case you don't need it), either the built-in microphone on the DualSense controller or the 3D Pulse mic using the built-in mute button on the headset.
