In this Video, I'm gonna show you how to edit Sound Effects for every 3DS games, this includes Voices that I showed off on previous video of Mario Kart 7 hacks. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AULczTQgKXs
This method does not work for Super Smash Bros as the File Format is different than .bcsar/.bcgrp/.cwav, but there is a Tutorial on GBAtemp page for editing .nus3bank's.

Note: The Filesize of custom CWAV has to be smaller than the original Sound you wanna Replace. Don't worry, the .wav Format with bigger Filesize will be Compressed when Converting to .cwav.
