The item box storage display is moved to the middle in the screen, based off Super Mario Kart / Mario Kart 64 and the frame texture is from Super Mario World. This is inspired by fishguy6564. :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NHVlPTlTxtM

I used a Hex editor to modify the Layout file 0x1C8DEAB3 (aka .bclyt) under race.szs, by replacing bytes E7 A0 on Offset location 256. It was done by myself.
