"Is the video lagging or is it me?"
Well, finally I came up with a half-assed solution to that question.
With a batch file, some HTML and a lot of cropping on OBS, I can make this kind of pseudo-FPS meter for NTR! If you wanna know how this works, keep reading, it's pretty simple.

A batch file is running in the background that checks information of the NTRViewer executable, which includes the current Window title. This file then dumps the output to a text file which is read by a HTML page which is running on an OBS browser source, which is cropped to show only the FPS part. The HTML page and the batch file are set to refresh every second or so.
Because it gets the reading from the Window title, it won't always be accurate, but it's something I guess ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
