Decided to see if recording my desktop PC via my Elgato Capture Card would be a viable option for recording, turned out pretty well.
The low framerates you may see were only because I was recording, when I'm not recording, the game runs very well. (Computer had to duplicate the screens between the main display and the capture card's display)
