Very action-y game by Project Sora.
Follow Kid Icarus as he appears 25 years later to battle a resurrected Medusa. Fourth wall is rendered void.
The stages are usually divided into an air battle (rail shooter) followed by a land battle (third person shooter-y). You also have different weapons and a pretty deep fusion system. People complain about the game's controls, but I find okay when you get used to it. Oh, and the dialogue in this game is just plain hilarious and doesn't take itself seriously...at...ALL! There IS some major plot and seriousness somewhere in there, but all that is irrelevant. Did I mention this game has an hamazing soundtrack?
This longplay goes through Story Mode of varying intensity (some 2.0, mostly 3.0.) I don't use all the weapons (Cannons, Clubs, and Orbitars.). I spammed mainly Laser Staff (especially when I get the DCF+3 Laser Staff) and Beam Claws. I used a bit o' Viridi Palm later. I kept Tempura Wizard and Orne fail in. That was the first time that has ever happened to me. -_- Sadly, the Loading Screen dialogue isn't present in this longplay. =/
Maybe the best 3DS game of 2012 and THE best 3DS game ever.
