If you’d like to build citra yourself for Linux on your hacked switch, look no further than https://github.com/cobalt2727/L4T-Megascript

Switchroot Linux should already have this megascript pre installed, so all you have to do is install it through there and citra for arm64 Linux will build (only way to get good results on switch). (Search for it in your applications on Linux ). All settings graphics wise were left untouched upon building, I wouldn’t recommend trying upscaling as it may impact performance (with overclock the switch is already doing the best it can). Compared to m4xw’s retroarch core and android citra performance, Linux surpasses both of them entirely. While in retroarch and android I was averaging 2-28fps for most games, I average 60fps 99% in the time in all of the games I’ve tried. There are sometimes where shader compilation occurs, although it’s very brief and I’m pleasantly surprised with the performance on the switch. Vulkan is a complete game changer for 3DS emulation on switch.

There are many YouTube guides on how to get Linux running on switch, follow them to take the first step in optimal 3DS emulation on switch! If you’d rather a written guide than a video one, here is the guide to get Linux on a modded switch from switchroot themselves: https://wiki.switchroot.org/wiki/linux/linux-install-update-guide
