How this works:
I'll simple cross the court, and with YouTube magic you can count the frames it takes me to reach the other side. Simply pause the video, move the video frame by frame with the "," and ." keys on your keyboard (for Windows) and count how many frames it takes to get across. Start point is the frame you see me hold torward right, end point is when I hit the invisible wall across the court. This will give us a number and method we can easily replicate and making comparisons to figure out once and for all if speed has a cap, and if it does, we can also figure out when.
Why bother doing this, you ask? Because there's a lot of misinformation about if and when speed is capped, and it's not easy to know who to believe. I'm just giving you the data and the method of how you can test it for yourself, or for those who don't have the means to do so. Feel free to use the data however you want.
