Predecessor recently had one if its major stress tests with a free steam weekend - and I was very pleasantly surprised with my experience. This upcoming 3rd person MOBA is heavily inspired by the cancelled Paragon and uses many of its assets and characters. Having played Smite for many years, I was curious to see how a potential competitor would perform and was very impressed with the state that Predecessor is currently in, given its pre-release state. While not ready for launch yet, I wouldn't be surprised to see Predecessor go into a more accessible alpha or beta soon. In this video, I discuss my experience with Predecessor so far, what I liked about the game and which aspects I think need improvement before launch.
