Today I beat the Regirock Legendary Arena using Mega Metagross Sync Nuke and Zacian. Should be easy to do if you follow what I did even without SS Blue EX. Zacian reduces the sync cd and can mega boost while Metagross heals itself and does it's sync nuke plus flinch.
