For what it's worth, my favourite vowel is O. E is fine too, I guess, but in the way that all vowels are fine. None are particularly egregious. If I had to rank them, I think I'd go: O, A, U, I, E. I don't feel particularly strongly about this, though, so please don't think I have a vendetta against lovers of the letters I and E.
