Hello, everyone. 😊 In today's video, I'll be showing you 4 possible ways to fix the 27% bug/glitch that prevents you from accepting the last APR mission in the first half of the game from the APR building in Pala in Leboa-Sako. The issue here is that even though you can enter the APR building, the upstairs office door will be closed & no matter what you do, you can't open it unless you try the solutions mentioned in this video. This is a 40-minute long video (edited from originally 1 hour 28 minutes) but you don't have to watch the whole video. I will break this video down into multiple chapters so you only have to watch the solutions that could work best for you along with the proof of fixes. Here are the solutions summarized for reading:
1) Fix 1: Reload an earlier save that is not a save-point that was made while you were at either Pala or Mike’s Bar.
2) Fix 2: If you have a corrupted save-file that doesn’t open the office door, then try to reset the cease-fire zone by shooting the door guard in the face and running away from the zone. If this doesn't work, try this next following step. Try to kill your secondary buddy (rescue-ready buddy) after he comes to revive your death at the cease-fire zone of Pala. Then go to Mike’s Bar & do a buddy side-mission for your primary buddy. Complete it & try entering Kouassi’s office again.
3) Fix 3: Not mandatory. But still worth a mention here on this video. Instead of doing a buddy side-mission for your Primary Buddy, do it for your Secondary Buddy instead. But there are a few issues with doing this which I shall explain as we go along. Please watch the video for more details.
4) Fix 4: If you do not have the Multi-Fixer Mod, make sure to lock your framerate down to 60 fps using either the in-game settings or NVIDIA Control Panel/AMD Adrenalin Software. If you do have the Multi-Fixer mod, cap the frame-rate to 60 using the Multi-Fixer Launcher. The reason why you must cap your frame-rate is to avoid the physics problems & bugs from occurring the game so you can play the full game in peace.
