The following commands are prefixed with three letters which represent the settings of the command block. E.g IUN: = Impulse Unconditional Needs_Redstone. These prefixes need to be removed if copying the commands.
Commands used:
Summon:
IUN: summon minecraft:item_display x y.5 z {Tags:["my_display"]}
Remove:
IUN: kill @n[type=minecraft:item_display, tag=my_display]
Copy:
IUN: loot replace entity @n[type=minecraft:item_display] container.0 mine x y z minecraft:shears[enchantments={"minecraft:silk_touch":1}]
