A playthrough of the final boss Garner in Unico Electronic's Dragon Master.

Garner's moves:
Twin fire: qcf + P
Lung kick: qcb + P
Torpedo: qcf + K
Grapple beam: qcb + K

There is not much to say about Garner, or Dragon Master for that matter. Some games are accused of being Street Fighter II clones. Dragon Master literally is a street fighter II clone, with the majority of the characters and their moves being sprite edits from Street Fighter II characters.

The final boss of the game is Garner, who seems to be the game's take on Sagat or Akuma, looking like the shotoclone characters of the game. His moves are decent, hard-hitting attacks which knock off a good amount of the opponent's lifebar, and do good chip damage too. The thing that makes him absolutely broken however is his grapple beam attack. I can't think of what else to call it, because it acts just like a tractor beam of some kind; not only pulling in opponents and damaging them, but from what I can tell it's also unblockable. It's this attack alone which makes Garner really formidable, and I use it to great (albeit cheap) effect against the bosses of the game. I won't deny I had some fun playing through this game as its bosses, but there's a certain equilibrium of terribleness in a game where you can't help but enjoy it.
