1Dania Novack-Katz, The Publisher For Edible Hawaiian Islands, Is Helping To Organize The 4th Annual Hawaii Farm Day That Aims To Honor Local Farmers And Farmers Markets. The Event Is On Saturday, May 20th To Encourage Families To Visit And Thank Those Who Work Hard To Grow Our Local Produce. The Statewide Effort Is A Collaboration Of Over 30 Farms And 50 Farmers Markets With Support From Edible Hawaiian Islands, Farmlovers Market, Kohala Village Hub, Ocean Vodka, And Redbarn Farmstand. Dania Appears On Hawaii Food And Farmer Series With Justine Espiritu And Matt Johnson To Give Us More Information On This Exciting Event As Well As Share Her Background And The Story Behind Edible Hawaiian Island, The Award Winning Publication That Highlights Hawaii's Local Food, Farms, And Chefs.
