5 Football/Soccer drills to do in tight areas - especially at home while in quarantine.
Passing drills are included for those who currently have access to a wall.

Warm-up:
100 juggles (continue from where you drop the ball if you do)
Drills:
1. Inside control - 5 times (2 cones or any object required inside the area)
2. Outside control - 5 times (2 cones or any object required inside the area)
3. V-pull - 20 times
4. Advanced V-pull - 20 times
5. L-pull - 20 times
