How to train at home, especially during this pandemic.
DON'T LEAVE THE HOUSE!
In this training session you will not need to leave the house, as all drills can be completed in your backyard.
Equipment: Football, Cones or any object (e.g. rocks or sticks), Jump Rope (Skipping Rope)
Training components:
1. Ball Control - Juggling
100 juggles
50 juggles, Right Foot
50 juggles, Left Foot
2. First Touch - Passing
50 one touch passes
50 one touch passes, Right Foot
50 one touch passes, Left Foot
50 two touch passes
50 two touch passes, Right Foot
50 two touch passes, Left Foot
3. Ball Control - Dribbling
Repeat all 5 times through 3 (or more) cones
Inside Outside
Inside Outside, Right Foot
Inside Outside, Left Foot
Inside Only
4. Cardio - Jump Rope
50 Double jumps
50 Normal Skips
50 Boxer Skip
