No time soon will I ever bet money on Smash again. It's not the fact that I lost money that makes me angry. It's that I... LOST period!... because the game isn't made properly.
I probably would have won most of the mirror matches if the game didn't make me panic so much. The fighters are too agile. It needs to have realistic physics and weight for each attack. Link shouldn't be doing a tornado spin and be able to dodge almost immediately before you can throw punish him. If they improve on balancing, Smash will then go from a "nice game" to a perfect game. I felt like I was battling a tournament player. Because he is trained to do weird stuff, he can abuse certain techniques an only above average player like me can't do. In short, he won $15 worth of eshop store credit. lol -_-
After the money match was over, we did a few more bouts with our Bowsers (no items) to prove I was better. I recorded the set, but I won't upload it. I lost them all (although they were close). I have no doubt that I'd be able to adapt to professional tournament player standards if I played long enough with competitors of this caliber. However, I do not have that luxury. 75% of people online are above average like me or decent. I never really get pushed to the limit like this. I'd say I'm a 7/10 in skill. This person is like a 9/10. But again, if the game was made better (more realistically), he wouldn't be able to get away with a lot of the nonsense he pulled off here. Well, anyway, those are my post game thoughts. I want to do more money matches, but not if I'm gonna be cheated like today.

I'm not a tournament snob who hates items and slightly lopsided stages at all times. lol With that said however, I don't like it when people turn items on in quickplay. I only like CERTAIN items in 1v1: Balanced ones that can't be abused but are only there to spice up the gameplay a bit.
I like the FS meter also, but I just wish final smashes weren't broken. What doesn't make sense is that Pokemon Trainer's, Corrin's, and some others are very weak while others like Donkey Kong's can kill at 30%. People really don't know how to make video games properly. That's why I'm stepping in with my own games. Still in production...

I don't know who in the world that girl in Ultimate is, but she is NOT my Zelda. Why would Nintendo replace the original Zelda with some cutesy cosplay phony. Bring the real Zelda back as DLC!

I don't get why the announcer hasn't called out the name of the game since melee. I'm disappointed that they didn't bring back gliding for winged characters.
