Also a basic human right, according to bleeding heart socialist Kenyanist libruls. We don't got no time for that. Or at least, we didn't in the past, but now we do. I dunno, lose somebody to a fatal drug overdose and suddenly healthcare is on your mind.

Perhaps just as useful is our prison's Psychologist, whose office can be used for therapy, he can lead rehab programs, and most importantly, he can show us prisoners' Needs. Given that the entire game's mechanics are based around meeting these needs, well. It's good.

Our prison facilities continue to expand, if not our capacity. We can just keep making cell-block anytime, though. So that we can have more Friends.
