So i had an idea about a week back, knowing i could move the camera to make it pan left, right, up and down from the offset from the character. in this implementation i only moved the camera so far depending on what direction Mega Man is moving. the way the script knows this is happening is by reading the X Value from the player so when it increases we know the player moved forwards, or decreases the player moved back, and we can offset the camera accordingly. also theres code so that if theres no movement to scroll the camera back to center. since i didn't implement a timer at all it always wants to move back to center if stopped. ideally it would wait like 3 to 5 seconds before doing so.
