What the bounty is for?
Find a *simple* way for modifying 4-port CD3215 Macbook logic boards so that they can work with only either the left or right pair of CD3215 chips.

Why do you want that?
Frequently when repairing Macbook logic boards it would be a great help in reducing the problem potential scope by only having to focus on half of the CD3215s; they're expensive and annoying to replace and it's not unusual to blow them up due to other faults on the board, which means each "mistake" can cost $$$.

Anyone.
