Today Blizzard released patch notes about changes that are coming in 5.3. Among them are mentions that S13 PVP items WILL NOT be upgradeable, and some REALLY drastic changes to the gearing system, including a 65% baseline resilience for all players, REMOVAL of pvp resilience from most pvp gear, and an ilvl cap for most pvp activities.

We discuss all of these changes, and how they will be affecting the game in the upcoming 5.3 patch. I'll be playing on the PTR to test out the changes, so definitely stay tuned!
