this is bad even for my standards
First off this level looks really good, even now it's still very visually impressive and definitely one of the extremes I really like a lot visually. Gameplay wise I can ALMOST say the same, considering most of the level is really good, with Eggnog's dual in the middle being the highlight. It's really fun and well synced, and super satisfying too, but there are 2 wave clicks (the miniwave/normal wave mixed one) that are a good bit harder than the rest of the dual and feel a little offset. Not the biggest problem because it does have some consistency but it is a chokepoint. Probably the last big one in the level too, as the 2nd half of the level is REALLY consistent and very fun too.
However. The first half is uh. not that , it's mostly also pretty good but Vapen's and Sminx's parts are way harder than the rest of the level and honestly the level wouldn't be close to extreme without these two parts. I did say most of the level had really solid like 8/10 gameplay, however these two parts are genuinely 2/10 (vapen's part is definitely way worse though so it's more like 1/10 and 3/10). Like I don't understand dude, when playing I could tell the gp of this whole level was so well playtested and polished, and then these two parts are just??????? What????? It's SO alien compared to the rest of the level. Not only are both of these parts horribly awkward and very difficult, but they have ZERO consistency and also transition into each other terribly. And guess WHAT these two parts are in a row baby. In the beginning of the level. So of course I'd hate them to the point of these two parts ruining the whole god damn level because that's just how frontloaded levels work!!! So yeah the first half is extremely frustrating and the second half is extremely fun. So insanely cool. Was very disappointed with how this level played out. If i wanted to play Thanatophobia again I would have just clicked on that instead lol
