I fixed a lot of very minor mistakes in the previous WIP, which is why we have more bombs and health now. That part is also 19 frames faster now.

8:18 Winter would obviously be bad here and Autumn causes one more lag frame on the screen with the clock shop for some reason, so Spring or Summer is ideal here.

8:34 I move as close as possible to Lute Guy before triggering the cutscene, so he walks less. Your X-position also matters here.

8:56 I found a pretty good seed for D2 but unfortunately it's a few hundred ticks away, so Rosa will just be all sword slashes instead of being cool and entertaining. Oh well...

9:46 The Subrosia portals can cause 6 frames of extra lag based on the parity of the in-game clock, so I had to make sure I avoid that.

12:29 The luck manipulation for this part was rough, there's small time losses on almost every screen before D2. This is because I had to get two bomb drops while still hitting a specific seed at the start of D2.

15:18 It's a bit hard to see in real time but if you're inside the Thwomp's hitbox and close enough to its top, the game just snaps you to the top, which saves time here. Of course we lose the time right back to RNG manip but that's just life.

17:03 This route and the RTA route were almost identical when I timed them (I think this route was about 5 frames faster). The main reason I chose this route is that the Keese roll the RNG more, which happened to be better for the upcoming part.
