Serious Sam is probably my second most favorite first person shooter game that I like to play next to Doom. I remember my father bringing the demo package home for the PC and I was hooked ever since. I would replay the 6 levels until I got tired of it. Then Serious Sam The Second Encounter came home and I was just blown away of how attached I was to this game. It made a much more impact than Duke Nukem did when I played Duke Nukem: The Manhattan Project.
Something about the graphics, the music and the setting and plot just made me grew fond with the franchise that I still play up to this day. When I first saw that Croteam was going to re-release this as an HD Port, I just knew that I had to get it. Was it worth the money? Yes. Was it worth the time replaying the game? Hell yes. Was it worth the recording for this footage? Fuck to the yes.
I mean it, if you haven't played Serious Sam yet, do it now. It is a fantastic game and you will not be displeased.
