Play through of what you can expect to find in the mod Excitus Xtreme for 7 Days to Die. Overall, this mod is made pretty well. It has some extra POI's, and some new mod specific items that are available.

Traders are open 24hrs but can be destroyed. There are some new skinned zombies but I only saw those on horde night. some of the zombies are tough, some are easy. Food spoils and when you eat you have to find a toilet within 15 minutes or you get sick and die. The after using the potty, you have to wipe with toilet paper or you run very slowly. So be prepared for all of that before you eat anything. Also there are random radiation zones. They just pop out of nowhere from what I can tell and you have to combat it with pills.

If you're looking for a little different type of experience give this mod a try.
