700+HP Subaru Impreza STi testing its new KAPS Sequential Gearbox on track!
Yesterday at Franciacorta Circuit I recorded this monstrous Subaru testing its new sequential gearbox. The car is a 2003 Impreza WRX STi, built by AB Performance and tuned by J-Spec Performance.
It has a "few" mods such as a 2.1 stroker kit, a Precision 6062 turbo, Process West intake manifold, a Tomei Expreme Ti Titanium exhaust and now a KAPS Sequential Gearbox. It is able to produce 800 hp and 806 Nm of torque with 2.1 bar of turbo pressure but during this test it was at 1.6 bar (700hp/680 Nm). Looks like someone is getting ready for New Year's Eve celebrations!
