Today we are supposed to be celebrating the 700 subscriber milestone by building the Lego Star Wars UCS Snowspeeder set #75144. Unfortunately I have to pull the plug on this build. The story of this build is, I bought it from Bricks and Minifigs 2 months ago for this milestone. I already had the 2015 UCS TIE Fighter ready to go for the 600. But I hit a depression in December and never thought I was going to get a chance to build the Snowspeeder for the channel. To my surprise, the channel has flown from a depression this January, and is now in a healthy place and we not only passed 700 but are well on our way to 800. This news has left me no choice but to build the Snowspeeder. But, I got cold feet. After comparing new and used prices online, I can’t bring myself to cutting open the box and building it. The minifigs alone are worth $150. The box has maybe 5 blemishes in it and is very clean. In this video we go over some things on the net about it to support my feelings. At the end of the day it is what it is, I appreciate you all for subscribing, but I have to stick to my feelings about sets like this. I I hope you all enjoyed this video, and a look into what I have learned. As always please comment your thoughts down below. If you enjoyed the video please Like, Share, and Subscribe!
