7900xt (xfx merc310 black edition) OBS issues and youtube video playback stuttering
1apparently, you can't hear the audio when it happens, but you can see the video freeze.
I'll try to document the issue more with video links below so maybe AMD can fix this in a driver update or something, since I feel like their Video Codec Engine has some issue, this problem has occurred on 2 7900xt xfx merc 310 black editions, I returned the first one sine I thought it was a hardware error. I also tried 23.11.1 and the video stuttering issue was still present.
Video's might take a while to process before the link works. you might be limited to 360p till the HD version processes. They should all be 1440p 60fps. Phone recordings should be 1080p 30fps
