80's 7-String Riffs - Squier Stagemaster-7
22So I broke out the Squier 7-String again to show off something way off from the norm....80's Synth Pop on a 7-string guitar (basically, enhancing the rhythms).
The reason I do this, is because when I cover 80's style synth-rock, I usually prefer to convert it to being fully guitar driven as opposed to synth driven. Don't get me wrong, I like the originals, but I prefer the organic grind of an electric guitar power-wise. It's like replacing the nuclear reactor with a big juicy v12.
