Commands used:
Create walking objective:
scoreboard objectives add isWalking custom:walk_one_cm

Remove walking objective:
scoreboard objectives remove isWalking

Display walking objective:
scoreboard objectives setdisplay sidebar isWalking

Reset walking objective:
scoreboard players set @a isWalking 0

Chat message if walking:
execute at @p[scores={isWalking=5..}] run say Walking

Comparator output if walking:
execute if score @p isWalking matches 5..
